Who handles the booking?

It is worth considering if Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and city sightseeing are high on your list. For a beach-focused holiday, compare the coastal neighbourhoods as well.
Can I walk to Dubai Mall from my apartment?+
That depends on the building, entrance and route. Ask for a map pin and check the actual walking directions. Do not assume “Downtown” means a direct mall connection.
Will my apartment have a Burj Khalifa view?+
Only if that specific view is confirmed. Full, partial and fountain views are different. Ask for recent photos from the apartment you will book.
Can I stay for a month or longer?+
You can request a furnished stay of 30 nights or more. Share your monthly budget and ask the operator to confirm utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning and extension terms.
Is Downtown a beachfront neighbourhood?+
No. Downtown is a city district. If easy beach access is the main priority, compare JBR or other coastal areas before choosing your stay.
